Responsibilities as Sales Negotiator in this senior role will include:
- Being a key part of a highly regarded estate agency known for their tailored approach to property and the personal service to clients they provide
- Sourcing and marketing potential properties for sale
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
- Ensuring your sales close and go through to successful completion
- Assisting in property valuations when the Director is busy
You will need to have:
- A successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area as an Estate Agent
- Ideally, some experience of valuing residential properties - please note this is not a listing role
- The desire to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
- Excellent communication skills
- A UK driving licence and your own car
- Local knowledge of the Guildford area would be an advantage but is not essential
