Dental Receptionist/Administrator – Guildford, Surrey

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000

Full-Time | Mon–Fri

We’re looking for a motivated Dental Receptionist/Administrator to be the warm, professional first point of contact for patients and to support the practice team with efficient admin and IT systems.

  • £26,000 – £32,000 salary (dependent on experience)

What you will do:

  • Welcome patients with confidence and professionalism
  • Manage appointments and recall systems via Software of Excellence
  • Provide accurate administrative and compliance support
  • Handle payments, daily takings, and patient accounts
  • Maintain a calm, clean & welcoming reception area
  • Assist with staff rotas, training records, and stock management
  • Support practice performance reviews by helping track KPIs
