- Be a Trusted Advisor: Understand customer needs and challenges, and proactively recommend solutions from the product portfolio
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, taking a strategic approach to account growth
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts through regular calls, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits
- Proactively Engage: Conduct value-driven sales calls to understand evolving customer needs, present tailored solutions, and strengthen long-term partnerships
