Class Support Assistant - Make a Difference in the Lives of Autistic Children

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment?

This School is a specialist school for autistic children, is seeking positive and resilient individuals to join their dedicated teaching team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and play a significant role in their daily care and development.

About the Role:

  • You will be working alongside our teaching team to deliver engaging learning activities that aid pupils in meeting their learning and development objectives.
  • You will support pupils with the development of skills, including their social and emotional development.
  • You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including preparing materials for lessons, supporting off-site educational visits, assisting with indoor/outdoor playtimes, and providing personal care.
  • You will build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents, creating a positive and nurturing environment.
