A growing independent practice in Guildford is seeking a RICS-qualified Surveyor to conduct Level 1 surveys, including homebuyers and building surveys.
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, with the potential to earn £60,000 to £70,000 OTE.
Candidates should have AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications, along with experience in surveying and a full UK driving license.
The position provides excellent benefits, including private medical healthcare, a monthly car allowance, and 33 days of annual holiday.

They are ideally looking for a RICS-qualified Surveyor to join their team in the Guildford area to carry out Level 1 surveys - homebuyers and building.

Working hours:

Full time
Remote working basis

Our client is offering the successful Surveyor:

£45,000 - £55,000 Basic
£60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Surveyor requirements:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
RICS Registered Valuer
Experience in Surveying
Full UK licence and access to own car
Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous
