My client a luxurious and elegant country hotel near Edinburgh is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their dedicated and highly skilled team in helping them continue to deliver a unique and personal style of cuisine and service.
Candidates should have experience in a similar role within the team, stock control and only the highest level of skills when it comes to the cooking and presentation of each dish.
A "leading by example" attitude should be second nature, and a willingness and passion to go above and beyond to make a guest's experience as good as it possibly can be should always be at the forefront of your mind.
Applicants must have had experience within restaurants of 2 Rosette or better, and be able to take ownership of the kitchen, whilst working alongside and reporting to the Head and Sous Chef
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year (up to £32,000.00)
