A well-established business on the edge of Nottinghamshire is looking for 2 customer-focusedService Advisorsto join a friendly and fast-paced aftersales team at a busy service reception.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for service customers whether face-to-face or over the phone, managing everything from bookings to handovers, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Book servicing and repairs
- Liaise with staff across the business and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Prepare invoices and process customer payments
- Promote relevant services or accessories where appropriate
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a customer service or advisory role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems for bookings and administration
- Friendly, professional, and a great team player
- An interest in the leisure or motor industry is a plus, but not essential
