We're a leading name in the motorhome and caravan industry, and we’re on the lookout for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our friendly aftersales team in our busy Gunthorpe service reception.
About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our service customers. You’ll handle everything from bookings to vehicle handovers, ensuring an excellent experience every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries in person, by phone, and by email
- Book in servicing and repairs for caravans and motorhomes
- Liaise with workshop staff and keep customers updated
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Promote additional services or accessories when appropriate
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role (motor trade or leisure industry preferred)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Confidence in using computer systems and managing bookings
- A friendly, professional attitude with a team-player mindset
- Interest in caravans or motorhomes is a bonus—but not essential
