Overview

A leading organisation based in central Scotland is seeking a skilled Change Analyst to join a major transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in ensuring business readiness, driving change adoption, and supporting post go-live activities across a high-impact change initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support business readiness planning and execution across impacted areas

  • Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours in line with project objectives

  • Work closely with business and project stakeholders to assess and manage change impacts

  • Support the design and delivery of post go-live support and change reinforcement activities

  • Identify, log, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies affecting change outcomes

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of clear communications and engagement plans

  • Monitor change effectiveness and gather feedback to support continuous improvement

Key Skills and Experience
  • Strong background in change management within complex transformation programmes

  • Hands-on experience in business readiness, change adoption, and implementation

  • Proven ability to manage issues, risks, and interdependencies across project workstreams

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Proactive, structured, and adaptable approach to delivering change

  • Experience in professional services, regulated environments, or membership organisations is advantageous
