The Role:
The Payroll/Accounts assistant will work work closely with the management accountant and Financial Controller ensuring the smooth running of the finance function. They key components of the role include:.
- Processing end to end monthly payroll
- Managing Purchase/sales ledger invoicing
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing BACS payments
- Handling supplier queries
- Managing accounts inbox
- Assisting with Month end and preparing management accounts
- Financial reporting and analysis
