Your new role
As an HGV Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a range of heavy goods vehicles, ensuring they remain roadworthy and operational. Your duties will include:
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
- Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to maintain high service standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance)
- Proven experience as an HGV Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable)
