Our international client requires an Outbound Operations Associate to join their team for 9 months.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes
2. Receive stock intosystems
3. Outbound stock back to fulfilment centres into systems once the product has been imaged
4. Palletising stock to and from fulfilment centres
5. Unboxing and preparation of products for shooting
6. Repacking items after production to get them sent back to the fulfilment centres
7. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
8. Maintain an organised and clean working area, ensuring the studio spaces are clean, tidy, and ready for use at all times.
9. Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues
10. Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items
11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
12. Provide administrative support for the studio operations team as required.


Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in a studio, inbound, outbound, prepping, repacking or production house environment
2. Familiarity with inventory management systems
3. Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, etc


Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand, walk, and move equipment for extended periods
2. Lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 20kg) frequently
3. Bend, kneel, and reach to access and organise equipment

Duration: 9 Months - Zero-Hour Contract
