This is a really good opportunity for someone with a small amount of sales experience to really expand and grow within the industry. It is pretty much 100% on the road visiting customers with a small amount of stock on the van, It would be very much a soft sell rather than cold calling, as you will be visiting the same clients on a weekly/monthly basis.
Ideally you will be a keen sailor, wind surfer or kite surfer.
Some sales experience or aptitude is useful, but ultimately enthusiasm and willingness to learn and to work hard. Essential is the willingness to drive 600 odd miles a week and to stay away from home on a regular basis.
Salary will be iro 30k OTE (basic plus commission).
