Technical Sales Executive - Interesting and varied technical sales role for this high-tech component and systems manufacturer that involves driving sales growth by identifying and engaging suitable Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). If you possess a solid technical understanding of high-tech manufacturing and a natural sales drive this could be a very interesting career move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target suitable OEMs for our high-tech components, developing tailored sales strategies that resonate with their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales campaigns to promote our product offerings.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring existing clients needs are met with precision and timeliness.
  • Utilise your technical expertise to provide in-depth product knowledge and support to clients.
  • Engage in international travel to foster relationships with OEM partners, distributors and to attend industry functions. (approximately 6 time a year)
  • Collaborate with internal team members to provide comprehensive client support and sales offering including presentations and webinars
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM stakeholders to drive sales and business growth.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in sales with a specific focus on OEMs and technical products.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the capacity to understand and meet the unique needs of OEM clients.
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing and mechanical systems and confidence to explain and present technical information remotely and face 2 face.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client engagements and industry events.
  • Collaborative and supportive team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with OEM stakeholders.
  • Degree level qualification in science, Mechanical Engineering or relevant professional experience
  • Fluent in English, (any additional languages can be an advantage)
