What you will be doing as a CNC Machine Operator?
- Review and decode engineering blueprints to identify machining needs.
- Prepare and configure tooling, fixturing, and machine settings for precise operation.
- Operate and control 5-axis CNC machines to fabricate complex, high-accuracy parts.
- Oversee production runs and inspect components to ensure adherence to tight tolerances.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and address minor mechanical malfunctions.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, orderly, and compliant with safety protocols.
What do you need to poses to be a CNC Machine Operator?
- 2 years hands on experience with 5-axis CNC machines.
- 5 years machining experience.
- High levels of enthusiasm and a positive attitude at work.
- Work well in a team.
- Commit to our clients’ core values.
