- Maintain and own the master schedule in line with customer requirements, including planning of work centres, raw material, and sub-contract operations.
- Matching customer requirements with factory and supply chain capacity and identifying bottlenecks / requirements for new capacity well in advance of requirement.
- Develop a supply chain capable of delivering to the master schedule with outstanding quality and on-time delivery and lead-time performance, including managing supplier scorecards.
- Negotiate long-term supply agreements with suppliers as appropriate to protect against price escalation and ensure security of supply.
- Develop and deliver strategic procurement initiatives to drive year-on-year price improvement in the supply chain.Â
- Five years experience in a Procurement and Master Production Scheduling rolesÂ
- Experience with using MRP systems within a manufacturing environment
- Team Management skills
- Ability to respond quickly to requirements and prioritising effectively

- 3 years plus Buying experience
