On offer is a fantastic opening to work on unique, high-end metalwork projects including staircases, balustrades, gates, furniture, and more. You'll join a growing, social team, working in a brand-new workshop with opportunities to learn, progress, and collaborate across all stages from design to fabrication and installation.
In the role you will fabricate and weld mild and stainless steel (aluminium a plus), work from architectural drawings to produce precision metalwork, working on bespoke pieces with huge attention to detail while splitting your time between the workshop and on-site installations across the South East including London, and contribute to all stages of bespoke project delivery from fabrication to finishing and installation.

The Role:
- Fabricate and weld bespoke architectural metalwork to high standards.
- Work from drawings and contribute to installation across the South East.
- Collaborate with a creative, close-knit team on cutting-edge projects.
The Person:
- Experienced in MIG/TIG welding and architectural metalwork fabrication
- Detail-oriented with pride in bespoke craftsmanship
- Based in or near Hailsham with a full UK driving licence for site visits
