Your Role: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (Plant Projects)
- As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and support a small electrical maintenance team
- Plan and manage both planned and reactive maintenance
- Deliver full lifecycle plant projects – from concept and design to installation and commissioning
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure uptime and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Apprentice trained and electrically qualified, ideally to HNC/HND level
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a heavy engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Strong background in plant maintenance and electrical project work
- Excellent planning, leadership
- Â and communication skills
