Bench Hand Joiner - Halesowen
Hourly Rate: 20 - 22
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm (with weekend work as required)
Type: Ongoing contract with potential for permanent employment
The Opportunity:
GI Pro is currently recruiting for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join a specialist team in the exhibition and shopfitting industry. This is a full-time contracting role with competitive pay and strong earning potential per week. The position involves both workshop-based joinery and on-site installation, including travel across the UK and Europe.

A well-established manufacturer of high-end shop interiors and custom exhibition stands, offering consistent project work and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bench joinery and workshop-based fabrication
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Constructing and assembling bespoke exhibition stands and shop interiors
- Pinning, gluing, and basic laminating (preferred but not essential)
About You:
- Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner or Shopfitter
- Confident working from technical drawings
- Willing to travel and work away during the week, including weekends, to meet project demands
Previous experience in the exhibition or shopfitting sector is highly desirable
