Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies specifically tailored for trade and home-service businesses. They are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join their team as a Digital Marketing Manager. You’ll gain hands-on experience and training in managing campaigns across SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, all while helping and supporting clients with their growth strategies, setting you up for a rewarding career in digital marketing management.

The Opportunity

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll learn and take responsibility for developing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns with direct client management –training and support will be given to help you develop these skills.

Note: This is an office-based role with no option for hybrid or remote work.

Key Responsibilities (Training Provided) …

  • Assist in developing and managing SEO strategies including keyword research and content optimisation.
  • Help create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Learn to set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
  • Liaise directly with our extensive client base and manage them to success.
  • Collaborate closely with senior marketing specialists and gain insight into client management and communication.
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and help prepare monthly reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends to continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Account management experience.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Facebook Ads, and/or Google Ads is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop your skills in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take on new challenges.
