Janco Recruitmentare recruiting forLabourers and Multi Skilled Tradesmenon behalf of their client to carry out and assist withRoofing, Property & Maintenance Projects.
This role forLabourers and Multi Skilled Tradesmenwill be a remote role where own transport is advantageous but not a deal breaker as transport can be arranged dependent upon location and skills.
This role involves working on various projects, from residential to commercial spaces, and requires effective communication with clients and customers.
Duties include;
Labourers
- Assist Tradesmen with day to day duties
- Preparation of jobs
- Keeping sites safe, clean and tidy throughout
- Assisting with any works required from Tradesmen
Multi Skilled Tradesmen
- Preparation of jobs, understanding tasks and end goals
- Execute jobs with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate job records
- Using various tools and materials to carryout the job required
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the project
Skills and Qualifications required
- Previous experience within Roofing, Property and Maintenance
- DBS Certificate (advantageous)
- CSCS card (advantageous)
- Full driving licence (advantageous)
- Trustworthy, reliable and excellent timekeeping
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Capability to drive to various job sites as required.
- A keen eye for detail
