The Role

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:

  • Handle your own caseload of complex disputes, including:
    • Contractual disputes
    • Corporate and shareholder disputes
    • Insolvency matters
    • Insurance litigation
    • Professional negligence
    • Procurement challenges
  • Work closely with Partners on larger, high-stakes High Court litigation
  • Attend and prepare for lengthy trials and hearings
  • Be supported in your development with structured training and mentoring

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
  • Have experience in High Court litigation and strong advocacy skills
  • Demonstrate excellent academics and a solid training background
  • Be confident managing a small caseload independently, while also contributing to larger team matters
  • Have a genuine interest in dispute resolution and a proactive approach to client care
