The Role
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:
- Handle your own caseload of complex disputes, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Corporate and shareholder disputes
- Insolvency matters
- Insurance litigation
- Professional negligence
- Procurement challenges
- Work closely with Partners on larger, high-stakes High Court litigation
- Attend and prepare for lengthy trials and hearings
- Be supported in your development with structured training and mentoring
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
- Have experience in High Court litigation and strong advocacy skills
- Demonstrate excellent academics and a solid training background
- Be confident managing a small caseload independently, while also contributing to larger team matters
- Have a genuine interest in dispute resolution and a proactive approach to client care
