The Role
As a Contentious Probate Solicitor/Partner, you will:
- Manage a broad and stimulating caseload of contested wills, inheritance disputes and trust litigation
- Play a key role in shaping and expanding the contentious probate offering
- Lead and mentor junior team members (if appropriate)
- Work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic goals and client development plans
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with extensive contentious probate experience
- Operate at Senior Associate or Partner level
- Have a proven ability to manage files independently and provide expert client advice
- Ideally hold ACTAPS accreditation (or be working toward it)
- Demonstrate leadership skills and a track record in team development (preferred)
