Mike Collins Recruitment is seeking an experienced Forger for a client in Halesowen.
Candidates should have experience with Drop and Upset Forging on machines like Samuel Platt or National, as well as Gas Oil furnace experience.
The position offers a starting pay rate of £13.50 to £14 per hour, which can increase to £15 to £16 per hour based on piece work after training.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7am to 4pm and a 12pm finish on Fridays.
This is a temp to perm role, but may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Mike Collins Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Forger for our busy client in Halesowen.

Must have forging experience, ideally Drop and Upset Forging on Samuel Platt, National or similar machines. Experience with Gas Oil furnaces required.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm, Friday 12pm finish.

Rate of pay to start will be 13.50ph - 14ph until you are up to speed then it will be piece work and the hourly rate will work out to 15ph - 16ph.

This is a temp to perm position but could possibly be straight perm for the right candidate.
