Behaviour Mentor - KS2

Location: Birmingham (B31)
Day Rate: 460 - 500 per week
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Do you have experience supporting children with ADHD, emotional regulation, and behavioural needs? We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school in the Northfield (B31) area, working with KS2 pupils to promote engagement, positive behaviour, and emotional well-being.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in behaviour management and a passion for helping children thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting KS2 pupils with ADHD and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Implementing strategies to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour
  • Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
  • Encouraging engagement in learning and helping pupils build confidence
  • Creating a calm and structured environment to support progress

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting children with ADHD and behavioural needs in a primary setting
  • A calm, patient, and resilient nature
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
  • A valid DBS and two references (or willingness to obtain these)
