We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to develop new and existing business in our Halesowen Office.

Experience of working in the Recruitment Industry, preferably in Industrial / food or logistics markets. The ideal candidate would be an existing Business Development Manager or successful Recruitment Consultant / Branch Manager with a hunger for sales.

Making telephone calls and meeting new and existing clients, setting charge rates and ensuring the client experience with The Staffing Network is seamless. Dedicated to growing our client footprint in teh Eastern area - our service team can handle growth!

A secondary part of the role would be assisting in the Mentorship of our current team and day to day management of their tasks.

We offer a competitive salary and commission scheme, average working week of 35 hours, early finish on Fridays and 35 days holiday plus your birthday.. We have a staff rewards app that offers discounts on the High Street and online of up to 75%. Genuine earnings of £50k + based on £35,000 basic salary. Fuel card provided, laptop and phone.
