- Experienced in toolmaking or CNC machining with recognised engineering qualifications.
- Ability to supervise and support team members, exhibiting strong toolmaking skills, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing your own time, planning your workload, meeting set targets, and prioritizing effectively.
- Proactive in fault diagnosis and problem-solving, using initiative.
- Conscientious with a sharp eye for detail and pride in delivering excellence consistently.
