Our client is a reputable leader in the engineering and manufacturing industry, dedicated to delivering top-quality products. They are currently looking for an experienced Wet Paint Sprayer to join their skilled team in Halifax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain wet paint spraying equipment to apply coatings on various metal surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
- Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and finish.
- Ensure high-quality application, adhering to company standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of the finished product to ensure a flawless appearance.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a wet paint sprayer, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of paint types, application techniques, and safety practices.
- Attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
