We're on the lookout for a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator who can run HAAS Mills, DMG Mori Turn/Mills, and lathes .

What You'll Be Getting Up To:

  • Programming and operating a mix of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines with ninja-like precision
  • Owning your part of the daily production plan - quality, quantity, and deadlines are your playground
  • Helping our client stay slick and safe by following top-notch H&S standards
  • Playing a key role in our continuous improvement efforts and prototype builds
  • Working closely with a friendly, skilled team that has your back

Must-Haves:

  • Proven CNC programming experience (multi-axis a big plus)
  • Solid skills reading engineering drawings & using gauges like a pro
  • Team spirit, technical savvy, and a calm, can-do attitude
  • Apprenticeship trained or equivalent industry experience
  • You're the kind of person who sees a challenge and thinks, "Bring it on!"

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have DMG Mori experience
  • Like contributing ideas to improve shop-floor operations
  • Enjoy mentoring others and sharing your machine knowledge
