Winner Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Halifax, West Yorkshire, who are looking to recruit a skilled CNC Turner to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner to work in a stable and supportive environment, producing high-quality precision components.

As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for operating CNC turning machines to manufacture components to tight tolerances, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating CNC turning machines to produce precision-engineered components

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

• Carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance

• Inspecting finished components to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met

• Monitoring machines during production runs to ensure consistent output

• Identifying and resolving basic machining or quality issues

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support production targets

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner within a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Positive attitude towards health & safety

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Reliable, punctual, and well organised
