We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a fantastic production team, working in our client's manufacturing facility in Halifax.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a data driven, accurate and conscientious professional to join a company that is well established and very highly regarded, and also continuing to grow.
Key duties will include:
- Data processing via in house computer system
- Inputting key manufacturing figures into Excel, and using formulas to calculate things like tolerances, timescales, wastage, etc.
- Assisting with general office duties, including time keeping and absence reporting within the team, maintaining an accurate fire register, etc.
In order to be considered you need to have previous experience within an Administration role, ideally within a manufacturing or production setting. You will have a demonstrable eye for detail, and will be happy working in a stand alone capacity in order to support the team.
You will have a very strong grasp of Excel to at least intermediate level, be highly computer literate, and pride yourself on working with accuracy.
This is a fully onsite role, based in Halifax, with free onsite parking. The working pattern would be slightly longer hours from Monday to Thursday, and a lunchtime finish on Fridays.
This role is paying a salary up to 25,000 p.a. dependent on experience.
