- Manage a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
- Prepare year-end statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporate tax returns
- Liaise with clients to provide day-to-day support and build trusted relationships
- Assist or take part in audit engagements as required (training available)
- Supervise junior team members and review their work as appropriate
- Identify opportunities to add value and improve client service
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in an accountancy practice environment is essential
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident managing client relationships and deadlines
- A team player with the ability to work independently
