Are you looking to join a supportive team where your talents and drive will be recognised and rewarded?  We are currently seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid recruitment experience who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.    About the Role:As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing top-tier candidates, managing talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Format CVs to a professional standard and prepare candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools
  • Assist the Consultants with coordinating interviews, candidate feedback, and offer processes
  • Support consultants with admin tasks and candidate care
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to understand their skills and career goals
  Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a 360 recruitment company (agency background preferred)
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and administrative skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail, particularly when formatting documents and posting content
  • Some knowledge of or interest in the financial services sector is highly advantageous
