Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and teach engaging lessons, working with small groups and individual students.
  • Prepare teaching materials, take registers, and write detailed reports.
  • Support students in developing confidence and independence, fostering a love of learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain strong communication with parents and carers regarding their children's progress.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A committed and passionate approach to working with students with SEND.
  • A minimum of two year's experience in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision.
  • QTS/QTLS is essential.

These positions are due to growth, we are seeking individuals who have at least 5-year's experience within a SEND environment.
