Key Responsibilities:* Prep parts - clean, sand, and mask as needed* Apply powder coatings using spray guns and industrial equipment* Set up and maintain coating machinery for smooth operation* Follow all health & safety procedures on site* Inspect finished items for quality, finish, and spec compliance* Solve coating issues to reduce waste and rework* Keep accurate records of all completed work

Requirements* Previous experience in powder coating or similar role* Solid understanding of coating techniques and equipment* Knowledge of industrial safety practices
