- Deliver high-quality OT interventions that promote daily living skills and independence
- Complete thorough assessments to identify each person’s strengths and needs
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to create tailored care plans
- Facilitate one-to-one and group therapeutic sessions
- Lead the development of OT practices across our services, based on clinical need
- Travel to additional service locations as needed to provide specialist OT input
- Manage a diverse caseload under the supervision of the Lead OT
- Set and evaluate clear, measurable goals for each service user
- Promote social inclusion through meaningful, community-based activities
- Support and mentor support staff, and supervise OT students during placements
- A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy with current HCPC registration
- At least 3 years of post-graduate experience, including 2 years in mental health settings
- A genuine interest in rehabilitation and empowering people to live independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (mileage paid at 45p per mile)
- Competitive salary of £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
