Job Description:
Are you an experienced Primary Teacher with a strong background in SEND looking for a new opportunity in Halifax?
Provide Education is working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Halifax seeking a compassionate and confident SEND Primary Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a rewarding role teaching pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, SEMH, and MLD.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons for pupils with EHCPs

Collaborate with the SENCO, Teaching Assistants, and support staff

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Assess and track pupil progress and adapt teaching as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary setting

Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
