As a QC Team Lead, you will oversee laboratory operations, ensuring analytical testing meets regulatory requirements while mentoring and developing junior team members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support QC analysts in day-to-day testing activities, ensuring GMP compliance.
  • Oversee analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and dissolution testing to support product release and stability testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant industry experience in a QC role within a CDMO or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and experience working within a GMP-regulated laboratory.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor team members within a QC function.
  • Understanding of regulatory expectations, including MHRA, EMA, and FDA guidelines.
