As a Secondary ECT working with Academics you will have the opportunity to work in different schools so that you can get a feel for the kind of ones you want to complete your ECT induction in.
Many teachers begin their careers in supply teaching, and end up being asked to stay on at a school they've been working in. This is an excellent way into working in a school you like and know!
