A manufacturing business based in East Kilbride is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their team.

Role Overview:

Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to support our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving deliveries and checking goods received.

  • Updating the MIS system to ensure accurate stock transactions.

  • Picking, packing, and loading goods as instructed by the Warehouse Manager.

  • Logging and storing goods correctly.

  • Issuing work orders to production teams.

  • Conducting regular stock checks.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing stores environment preferred (training provided).

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Awareness of Health and Safety standards in the workplace.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Good IT and numerical skills.

  • Current Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is essential.

  • Experience with manual handling of goods.

  • Driving licence preferred but not essential.
