A manufacturing business based in East Kilbride is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their team.
Role Overview:
Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to support our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Receiving deliveries and checking goods received.

Updating the MIS system to ensure accurate stock transactions.

Picking, packing, and loading goods as instructed by the Warehouse Manager.

Logging and storing goods correctly.
-
Issuing work orders to production teams.

Conducting regular stock checks.
Experience & Skills Required:
-
Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing stores environment preferred (training provided).

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
-
Awareness of Health and Safety standards in the workplace.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Good IT and numerical skills.
-
Current Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is essential.

Experience with manual handling of goods.
-
Driving licence preferred but not essential.
