Key Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

General property repairs: fencing, ground works, door/frame/lock fixes, ceiling/floor tile repairs
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and bathroom fitting
Fire door maintenance and repairs
On-site material procurement and job documentation
Providing top-tier customer service and taking pride in every job

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 4 years’ experience across at least 3 of the following trades: plumbing, painting & decorating, tiling, joinery, plastering, carpentry, bathroom fitting, flooring
Clean UK driving licence
Own tools & a strong work ethic
Flexibility for overtime or occasional out-of-hours work
Great team player with attention to detail
Experience using PDA/handheld tech (preferred)
Understanding of Health & Safety best practices
