Description
- Lead and manage the nightshift team to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental policies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage resource allocation and scheduling for the nightshift.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Review and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.
Profile
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a management position within the FMCG industry would be beneficial.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work nights and manage a diverse team.
