The RoleThe Finance Assistant is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly talented and performing finance function. The successful individual will be responsible for all aspects of transactional finance and month-end, there will also be apart to play in developing processes, procedures, controls & systems:The key components of the role will be:
- Ownership of accounts payable - invoicing, mailboxes, supplier statement, payment runs, supplier interaction
- Assisting with month-end
- Bank account management & reconciliations
- Occasional accounts receivable coverage
- Assisting with developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
On OfferThe position of Finance Assistant is based in South Lanarkshire and will offer:
- Up to £35,000 base salary

Candidate ProfileWe are keen to engage with individual’s who meet the following criteria:
- 2+ years within Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
- Month-end exposure advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient user of Excel
