The RoleThe Finance Assistant is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly talented and performing finance function. The successful individual will be responsible for all aspects of transactional finance and month-end, there will also be apart to play in developing processes, procedures, controls & systems:The key components of the role will be:

  • Ownership of accounts payable - invoicing, mailboxes, supplier statement, payment runs, supplier interaction
  • Assisting with month-end
  • Bank account management & reconciliations
  • Occasional accounts receivable coverage
  • Assisting with developing processes, procedures, controls & systems

On OfferThe position of Finance Assistant is based in South Lanarkshire and will offer:

Candidate ProfileWe are keen to engage with individual’s who meet the following criteria:

  • 2+ years within Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
  • Month-end exposure advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient user of Excel
