Pertemps are currently recruiting for a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive on behalf of our client based in Droitwich. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technically driven sales environment and enjoys working collaboratively with both customers and internal teams.

The Duties of an Internal Sales Executive:
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries
  • Provide customers with price and delivery information, availability and issuing quotations.
  • Assist customers with technical selections from catalogues.
  • Process sales orders accurately from quotation to completion
  • Manage and release all supporting documentation - technical datasheets, shipping documentation
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to track delivery progress and manage lead times.
  • Collaborate with international head office teams for product updates and system processes.
  • Coordinate with transport companies for delivery and logistics requirements

The Requirements of an Internal Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience in internal sales, ideally within an engineering environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Due to location, candidates must have their own transport
