Salary: 45,000 to 55,000

About the Role:
This is a key opportunity to join our client's growing Construction team as a Site Manager, working on-site in Hampton. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the site team in the safe and efficient management of all operational activities across multiple projects. You'll ensure the highest standards in health, safety, quality, programme delivery and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities in line with programme and budget.
- Manage and mentor the site team to promote high performance.
- Foster a safety-first culture by preparing, reviewing, and briefing method statements and risk assessments.
- Promote cost-efficient management of all project resources.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of as-built records and health & safety documentation.
- Attend all necessary training to support site management duties, including temporary works and appointed person responsibilities.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including the public and local community.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Recognised qualifications in Civil Engineering or Site Management.
- Valid CSCS Site Manager card (minimum).
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Construction Manager's Safety Certificate.
- First Aid at Work certified.
- Experience within the water/wastewater treatment industry is essential.
