What you'll be doing as a Trainee Sales Executive

Making proactive calls to prospective and existing SME customers, presenting tailored solutions.
Managing a combination of high-volume Account Management and New Business sales calls.
Building and nurturing strong customer relationships with a consultative and value-driven approach.
Managing customer accounts, handling renewals, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

We're looking for potential sales superstars with:

Some experience in sales, ideally from proactive retail environments such as phone shops, furniture retailers, kitchen designers, estate agency, recruitment consultancies, or home improvements (or similar).
You will have a proactive sales attitude, having made telesales calls or been in an environment where you walk up to customers to introduce yourself and understand their needs.
You will have brilliant verbal communication skills and a strong desire to learn and be mentored.
You will have the ability to work hard and consistently meet targets.
You will have good general IT skills and be a self-motivated, proactive, and resilient professional with a 'can-do' attitude.
