Shift Pattern

Hours of Work: 42 hours per week

Monday: 06.00-18.30 / Tuesday: 06.00-18.30 / Friday: 08.00-18.30 / Saturday: 10.00-18.30

3 on, 1 off, 1 on, 2 off

Key Responsibilities

  • Part of a hands-on, in-house maintenance team responsible for ensuring smooth operation of all plant equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on a range of specialist machinery
  • Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to maximize equipment uptime
  • Apply strong problem-solving and technical skills in a dynamic production environment
  • Contribute to the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
  • Work with a wide range of maintenance disciplines, including fitting, fabrication, welding, and general service engineering tasks
  • Play a key role in minimizing downtime and supporting overall production performance
About You
  • Mechanically biased engineer with experience in manufacturing or factory environments
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline
  • Strong commitment to safe working practices and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Proven knowledge of health and safety best practices in industrial settings
  • Enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting daily priorities to maintain operational efficiency
  • Physically fit and capable of performing physically demanding tasks
