Our client, a well-established organisation based in Harlow, is currently recruiting for a CIMA-qualified Management Accountant / Company Secretary to lead their finance operations. This is a senior-level, part-time position ideal for a finance professional seeking flexibility while making a strategic impact within a dynamic business.
Responsibilities:-
Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Provide insight on cost control, revenue optimisation, and business efficiency

Develop and maintain financial models to support key decisions

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including filing annual returns and financial statements

Act as Company Secretary and manage year-end audit processes

Liaise with external auditors and ensure adherence to company law and tax regulations

Provide financial guidance and reporting to senior management

Fully qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)

Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Advanced Excel and strong financial software skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role preferred

Experience in manufacturing is advantageous
