Our client islooking to appoint a Construction Managerto join aproject in Harlow, valued just under5m. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and reputable business with a healthy project pipeline and supportive delivery team.

The Role:

• Management of site teams and subcontractors.

• Ensure project is delivered on time, to budget, and to required quality.

• Maintain high health & safety standards and site compliance.

• Liaise with the commercial and design teams to ensure smooth delivery.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager.

• Background in deliveringrefurbishment, or small-to-mid-size new build projects.

• Strong understanding of building regulations and site logistics.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications required.
