Job Role: Mobile Plant Fitter
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: 拢43,000 - 拢50,000 per year / 拢17.50 - 拢20.50 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 07.00-17.00 + Company Vehicle/Fuel Card
Overtime: Anything over 12 hours on the day paid @ 1.25x, weekends paid @1.5x
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
The Client:
Interaction Technical have partnered with a plant hire firm that have been established over 30 years ago to support the growth of their service team. Our client, who are currently undergoing expansion are seeking an experienced plant fitter who can come in and hit the ground running with previous experience in the plant hire industry.

Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Travel to client sites to perform maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment -Predominantly Telehandlers.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage your own day.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Diagnose complex technical issues and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert recommendations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Keep detailed records of service activities, parts used, and work completed for accurate reporting

The Requirements:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous experience working in the Plant, Automotive, HGV or Agricultural industry (essential)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience working on engines would be advantageous
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A desire to lead, manage and grow a team of your own
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Full UK Drivers License
